I am Looking for suggestions along the cheaper side but quality effiecient power supply.

Questions

Such as : single rail dual raid, Which rating is best for this watt range ie, Gold Platnium silver copper, I also heard a rumor that you should select a power supply about 30% above your wall draw so you can be for efficient i live in a place with high energy costs but do not want to sacrifice gaming power i want safe clean power.

I would like room to upgrade to liquid cooling and lighting in the furture possible more powerful GPU/CPU

Basic specs:

a good 500-550w will do fine for almost all single GPU gaming rigs. yours will do fine on a 430-450w unit, the 1060 doesn't eat much power. look for a cx450m or seasonic s/m12ii(albeit old) for a cheap and decent PSU.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

A 1060 and octa core FX should consume around 250-300W. I wouldn't pair an old FX CPU with a 1060 though, that's gonna be a pretty substantial bottleneck in a lot of games that use single-threaded performance.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
