HyperX Cloud 2 mic very low

Hello, I would like to know why my microphone is so low compared to how it used to be when i first got it, everyone complain how low it is in Skype and in games..

Also my here's my Realtek HD Audio Manager and I can't find the mic volume button threre either or im just stupid.

I also downloaded the APO Equalizer and changed things there with the help of youtube but still..
