i finished building my pc a few weeks ago and somtimes when im playing a game the game starts to freeze up, the screen goes black for a few seconds, then it shows the game for a second. This process repeats a few times and then windows blue-screens. This happened a few times for the past 3 or 4 days. I think it is a problem with the gpu overclock but im not sure.

first thing i would do is turn all of your overclocks off and see if it still happens...
