unplug the usb drive, and reboot the computer.

few things:

1. try a different USB port for the keyboard

2. Check the boot order on your PC through the BIOS

3. (hardest). completely reinstall Windows.

If you choose option 3 let me know and i can walk you through it

You gotta quote them, so they know you've replied!!!!!!

Try unplug everything expect monitor and power, and see if that helps.

If you can post a pic of the failiure screen, that would help.

yea

Can you open the case and check the hard drive power and data cables, on both the drive and the motherboard.

Unplug and replug them.

Then try again.

That error message looks like something is wrong with the hardware, not the windows installation on the drive, so you shouldn't have to reinstall windows.

If the power or signal connections to the hard drive are faulty it will cause a blue screen. Based off that, I would say you may have to re-install windows. But for now this looks to be a hardware issue, and the hardware needs to be fixed, before any issues with the windows installation can be fixed.

You don't need to upload the entire video. Only a picture of the BSOD with the error code/all the writing is needed.

Just a screenshot of the video at the point where the screen is blue (if you caught that part). If not, don't bother.

Do you have a picture of the screen when it did this? The error won;t be the same, but the rest should be pretty similar.

If you go into the BIOS, does the hard drive show up under storage devices? If not then try to reconnect the cables as I detailed above.
