Looking at possibly getting into liquid cooling in next rig

Ok so I am normally an air cooling guy but been lookign at possibly maybe doing my next build with a liquid cooled CPU. I wasl ookign at maybe using a Corsair H110i 280mm AIO. Should I consider this a good way to get started or what other advice might you have? My goal is to allow me to keep my parts cooler when I do overclock them. But also wondering aobut noise levels in general. any help is apprechiated. Plans are to build a Ryzen build next year.

Cool.

Jokes aside, I can vouch for Fractals lineup, quiet, cold and strong.
