Just to make sure, can you actually get the G4560 from the place you want to order from?

They are getting very rare over the last few monts and difficult to get so check stock first.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

Do you think it is a good gaming pc build to get around 50 and up FPS

at 1080P, probably, but don't expect ultra settings in every game, i mean it's a budget build so don't expect miracles.

Also i'm not sure about the PSU and it's probably possible to cheap out on the motherboard and case (if you want) to get a bit more performance.

But then again i'm not sure how far that can bring you.

I guess this one is a bit better: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KwkbM8

Performance wise the same but the PSU is much better.

Does modular or non modular mean the cables come with or without or does it mean it comes connected or not connect?

Every psu comes with the required cables.

Non-modulair means all the cables are already connected and not removable.

Semi-modulair means some cables are not removable and some are. Usually the 24-pin, CPU power and sometimes PCI-E power is permanently connected and the rest is removable.

Modulair or fully-modulair means every single cable is detachable, including the 24-pin, all cpu power connectors, everything.

Both motherboards are good (asus and msi) and both will give the same performance.

Of course if you have specific connectivity requirements for example X amount of USB or sata ports, the board should have that.
