I just bought this speaker system - z323 and i have what i consider a small problem. After i connected the speakers and subwoofer and powerd them on i did a windows sound test. The operating system is Win 7 ultimate 64 bit version. The windows volume was at 100% . The volume knob on the speaker was at about 10% power. The problem is that even though the right speaker was working properly the left speaker wasn`t working at all. After that i opened winamp and tryed to play a song. The same problem. So i started to increase the volume from the knob and the left speaker started working. My estimation is that the left speaker started working when the volume knob was at about 25-30 % Is this normal or do i need to send them back to get a new set ?

sounds like a terribly imbalanced volume potentiometer,

you might try turning the volume back and forth a few times and see if it clears up but I'd probably send it back.

Will work for electronic components and parts

Untill i here back from the site i bought them from that`s what i`m doing @NewKID . But it`s not ok for a new product to not function properly so i`ll be returning them when i get the adress where to ship them back. Even though it`s not a big problem , it`s still a problem and i`d like to fix that issue. Thx for the answer @t0wer , that was my original though also.
