So I tried to get my cpu to 4.1 but now whenever I get into bios it freezes and I can't do anything. How do I reset oc?

If it won't let you restore default settings in the bios then you need to clear the CMOS.  If there is a batter on your MOBO you can remove that.  There is often a button on newer boards to reset it too.

How do I clear CMOS? Do I unplug battery after removing power, and how long should I leave it out for? And is that it?

What motherboard do you have?   Let's look it up and see if there is a CMOS button or if we have to remove the battery.

Doesn't look like there is a button, unless I am missing it, but there is a battery.

Shut it down, turn off power supply, pop battery out and wait 5 min (Just to be sure) and then put it back in, turn on power supply and reboot.  Get into bios and make sure its back to default.
