**Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.**

Computer constantly cycles on and off every 6 or so seconds. Never gets past boot. No graphics card has worked so far. (I doubt that the 5 GPUS I tried all failed)

**List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.**

I removed and reinserted the CMOS battery, I change the RAM slots around, and I just recently replaced the power supply to see if that was the problem. Still no cigar. Could it be a motherboard short or something?

**Provide any additional details you wish below.**

I leave for college in 2 days and I seriously wanna fix this before then.

try to unplug everything except the motherboard, so you can know if its about the MB or not, (do it on your own risk, i take no responsibility)

Try infusing your chakra into the Motherboard.

Definitely sounds like a dead motherboard.  A way you can find out for sure is do what was said above and unplug everything (minus the psu and cpu) maybe put a MB speaker on it and turn it on and see what the beep code gives.  If its nothing and it keeps trying to boot the board is likely gone and needs to be replaced.

How will I know that it works then? If it doesn't turn off?

if the power supply stays on, then its not about the motherboard

Take out everything except for PSU, mobo and CPU (also remove ram)

Turn it on, if it starts to beep at you the mobo should be fine, if it doesn't give a beep the mobo is likely dead.

I removed the ram and the beep codes told me it was a memory issue. Thank you kind sir.
