depending on fan speed it could be quieter

 

and wraith spire may not fit the original bracket so you'd have to do some rigging .. probably best bet is go for a hyper 212

Is it with stock cooler currently? If yes, then M9a is enough. It's almost at par with cheap 120mm coolers in performance.
