Archer T9E not stable?

hey guys I bought the T9E for a wifi connection on a desktop. When I do a speedtest on speedtest.net it starts strong with 20 Mb/s and then dies after 2 seconds, like, it just stops receiving data.

 

Anyone?

 

PS: Or 60Mb/s for a couple of more seconds and then it dies aswell...
