Pc crashed when i stress whole pc

Baseclock-Overclocking. You have your multiplier that multiplies the baseclock. So 44(multiplier) by 100MHz(baseclock)=4.4GHz. This way you might get some additional MHz.

I have done this and it is fine for 4.4 ghz, i did it for 4.5 but i bsod when stress testing, tempratures maybe? ( voltage at 1.3 )

@Intel HD GraphicsI am not sure if the voltage is enough. I didn't really find anything about the stock voltage making it hard for me to judge if it's too high. If I were you, I'd probably try anouther .025-.035 volts, you should look up other people's voltages since I am really not sure if it will kill your chip. (This risk will always remain when increasing voltage)
