I currently have this PC https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/d2ptf8 (pictures will be included). So I have 350-450 Pounds to do what I want so I was thinking to make a class build. I want to focus on cooling /sound reduction and making the thing look more aesthetically pleasing.. I just am not sure if I should do a custom liquid loop or something less original and make my own project with nice cabling and something special? The case gives lots of room but if you think I should get a new one just say. I do not want to do a pc upgrade as I will always have money to do upgrades and I get enough performance -  just the visuals and sound is kind of annoying. Even though it is generally quiet and 'reasonable' cable management... I also need to learn how to zone out my pc sound ( if i hear one slightly higher pitch sound I get pissed off and the yeah.....) Also my be quiet pure rock heat-sink just failed on me so it is a bit louder with this spire...

Ye, sound dampening foam would work, but from what I can see, the things you should start with are these, replace all the fans in the case with aftermarket ones, corsair has good silent fans, or optimally, noctua.

Also, change out your CPU cooler. Best thing with as little work as possible would be a closed loop, like a corsair h100i or in the likes, but that´s up to you.

That´s the sound dampening advice I can give ya!

Case: Corsair Graphite 760T || PSU: Corsair RM650i || Mobo: Asus RoG Strix Z270E || CPU: Intel i5-7600K @4.8GHz || Cooler: Corsair H110i v2 || RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200MHz 16GB White LED || GPU: MSI GTX 1070 8GB GAMING X || SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB, Samsung 860 Evo 500GB, Samsung MZ1280 M.2 128GB || HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

the case already has sound dampening its part of the case... an aio loop seems lame i would want to change the tubing or something. and arent be quiet fans like the best and maybe noctua - but they are ugly (asf) Also I want to do something with like hours of work for a fun project..

In my opinion, the tubing for the Corsair h100i is gorgeous, fits perfectly with my case, but everyone has their own tastes :)

Nah, Noctua fans are always supreme

Ugly? They have good looking fans now too, like full black, or black with blue accents and shit

It may be gorgeous but is it different? 'Class'?

Different how you mean?

Like unique?

You hit the marker, unique.

Ye if you want unique, then custom loop is of course the way to go.
