Need help

My friend built a system idk how long ago and he recentally starting having issues.

 

Everytime he plays CSGO his PC would randomally restart with the Bug Check Code 127.

 

Is it related to memory or something else?

I would like to be the first to inform you that 32 bit windows can only access 4gb of RAM at a time,so when your gaming you only have around 3GB of usable RAM

32-Bit can only support up to 4GB of RAM. You'll need to upgrade to 64-Bit Windows.

I recommend you just reinstall windows.This should solve any problems and he can change it to a 64bit OS.Link the Windows key to your Microsoft account first though.He can then use the 16gb of Ram in his PC after instead of just 4
