Recommendations for a non overclockable CPU?

- Yes i know the title is horrible - 

Right now i have a i3-2130 and whenever i am playing highly intensive games my CPU cooler sounds like a jet engine (Stock) I was wondering if anything has a good cheep CPU cooler.

 

Colors Red/Black or just Black

LGA 1155

160mm Max height

I run around 120°F idle

M9i at most. But you should try to control fan speed instead. Getting aftermarket for i3 is overkill.
