Installing Slick Carousel package in atom

I've never installed packages before and i'm fairly new to coding but i've found this plugin that i'd really like. now i got the zip file but have no idea what to do with it. Looks like this.

Seems like the thing you want isnt for Atom, this is a Javascript package that can be imported when loading the page, which makes it able for you to make use of their code to make "slick carousels". The application that can install the package is part of NodeJS its called NPM.
