Check you didn't knock or pull out any other wires like sata cables or power leads. Also make sure the cpu fan power header is connected to the cpu fan power pins. Make sure that the new cooler is located correctly and fully pressed down on the cpu (not loose). Also make sure that ram is seated correctly as it quite easily to not a ram dimm/stick out of place slightly.

Check that all your connections are inserted properly. If that doesn't work, try just using 1 stick of ram to boot if you have 2 or more sticks.

Your stick of RAM on one of them is dead I received a kit of 3 and one of the RAM sticks did not work looked at the code and saw the same error except on a different pin. One of your pins on you RAM is scratched or not working. I would recommend to rule out and test which stick is causing that error. I fixed in a metter of 1 hour but my computer beeps when I have a RAM problem so it was easier to diagnose.

This is quoted from a mod on the microsoft forums

This issue occurs because resource rebalancing is triggered after you hot plug a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) device. During the rebalancing process, the system does not configure the Max Payload Size value correctly on the root port of the PCI Express bus. The incorrect value causes a mismatch between the root port of the PCI Express bus and the device on the PCI Express bus. Therefore, the operating system triggers a Machine Check Architecture (MCA) exception, and the operating system returns a “0x00000124†exception.

Method 1: Disconnect all the external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) drives, etc...) Except mouse and the keyboard and then boot up.

If this corrects the issue then add the devices back one at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue. Then get any updated drivers\software for the device.

Method 2: You may refer the steps outlined in the link below
