GeForce experience

Wauthar

I don't know if you all know it, but NVIDIA released a program called GeForce Experience. Basically it is an all-in-one center that automatically updates your drivers.

But the best feature is: detecting and optimizing your games for your rig. If you have a game that is supported, the program will recognize it and will apply the optimal settings for your video card.

I think this is an awesome idea, if it would work... (at least for me it doesn't :() It appears to be unable to detect any games, but it is still in BETA, so hopefully they will figure it out.

Haven't used it to optimise any games yet, as the ones it supports I already had on the highest settings (e.g. BF3). One nice feature is definitely the driver updating, got a pop-up today saying there was a new driver, and it installed and downloaded it all very nicely, very little input from me. Always helpful to know when the latest drivers are out!

I like it a lot.

I didn't spot the "scan for games" button at first. When I found the: "+" button to add folders for scanning, I found more games. Since I have both a SSD and HDD with games on, and both of those are not C:\ station where it default look for games.

I like the way it shows what the different settings does to the graphics. Like image (from the game in question!) what for example Ant-aliasing does. Witch is nice for less experienced players/users :)

Sorry for my bad English

You can just download it form their website, or is the limited open-beta over?

I've it, and several supported games. It doesn't detect any, so the only thing it does atm is just checking my drivers...

It only detects Max Payne 3 for me. Not sure if I own any other games that are supported or not, but it was surprising to see that few listed. Also just bought Far Cry 3 and that's not supported by the looks of it. Still; early days.

Yeah I know. Was kinda asking the people over if they had set a different path. Because they can't find any games. :) But as you said you click the big "+" sign in options you can add paths.
