Kind of a pointless comparison as I can't really see any situation where a step up that small in resolution would need you to go from ultra to low.

Pointless comparison indeed.

Low often makes stuff shit, when medium is very good (usually). high vs ultra is almost equal, because ultra os just for bragging rights, devs care more about high.

 

So 1080p ultra vs 1440p medium, I would say 1440p.

And it is a more real world comparison
