School VPN

I have been trying to use a vpn to use my school wifi, but no matter what app it will always time out and not work. It will work at my house though and all the people with iPhones have got it to work so I don't know why my OnePlus 3 can't do it.

if the vpn is client side it tends to be intercepted by filter
