Buying used gpu for a new build

I am doing a new build (r3 1200 and 8gb ram, 250ssd) and wanted a nice gpu for 60Hz 1080p gaming. Which one in the used market is nice for a 150-170 USD budget?

Probably a GTX 970 or maybe a 980 if you get lucky.
