Hey there guys I have already built my 1080ti build thanks for the help I love it and now I'm making one for my  brother. I've only got 1500 to waste on him including the monitor windows 10 and pc parts. Monitor should atleast be a 24 inch and have high Hz because he's into gaming and plays triple A titles also. He's going to use it for school and edits so make sure it can withstand having  many browsers open thanks! Currency:USD

Just go a bit even more over the budget and get an 850 evo. Its roughly the fastest sata ssd.

i left the 750w power supply in there so that he has the option for SLI.

For your listed usage, R5 1600 is more than enough in my opinion but if you want to get R7 1700, it will cost about $90 more.
