Can i get some help here?

I want to start by saying that its my first topic I submit here and sorry me if i make any grammar or spelling mistakes

 

Getting to my computer issue... its been like 3-4 months or so that my computer restarts by its own in random moments and im really upset about it. I asked a computer technician and a close firend that knows a lot (in my opinion) and they both stated that the problem comes from my hard disk (specs will be  written below). But after i changed my hard disk and bought a new one the problem  still appears .

 

I need your tech knowledge to help me solve this problem. So can u tell me whats up ? should i check for something else inside my computer? (for example the temperatures?)

 

PC SPECS: 

old hard disk Western Digital WD Green WD7500AADS 750GB 

 

• cpu : Intel Core i3 530 @ 2.93GHz
• ram : 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)
• motherboard model:P55M-UD2
• graphics card :2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6450
• new hard disk:Seagate ST1000DM010-2EP102 ATA Device

power supply? windows version? is this pre built or custom built?

Windows 7 Ultimate edition ... As far as i can tell this is a custom built ... Power supply is CHIEFTEC CFT-650-14CS 650W

how old is the PSU?

Defo. Any 8 year old PSU is gonna be on it's last legs, unless it's a high-end one.

Espicially a CHIEFTEC one.

Swap out the PSU with a Corsair CX (2017, the grey label ones), CXM, or Seasonic S12II/M12II. There's some EVGA one around the same price, but I always forget what it is. I think @deXxterlab97 knows.

Yeah, if it's a wierd brand name, then it's got a double black mark.

Just install a new PSU.
