Laptop for $1200 - $1300

My parents are looking for a laptop for around $1200 - $1300 USD (Preferred Price Range. Willing to increase a tiny bit if there are better benefits.)  Here are requirements.

 

 

1. Bigger screen (15.6in -17in)

 

2. Good battery life

 

3. The device will be used for viewing pictures, music, web browsing, and editing 20 minute 4k 30 fps videos from a drone. 

 

4. Thinner

 

5. 1TB 7200RPM Drive (Not Toshiba Please) 

 

6. Windows or Mac OS are fine

only one that fits the bill would be a Dell 7567.
