Yes that's why I asked for the HD 8570 because it's dirt cheap and has 50 tdp  or for the gt 710 that has 30 watt tdp and has litle less performance. If I were to get a 750 Ti I would gave her my GPU because like, look at my specs!

I have a GT 710, it's useless. I wouldn't spend money on that if you're looking to play any game.

Hi all again! I want build a PC for my sister, so can yo tell me if this GPU is any good? Is the HD 8570 OEM from Dell. It has a whopping 1GDDR3, wow so fast! (Okay lol let's get serious). I am planning to get a Cheap Dell optiplex or getting a slim case, a lga 775 motherboard (or maybe even 1155) that has PCIE X16 unlike the one that I have that only has PCI -_- and 4GB or 6GB of Ram and a 500GB HDD.

She's planning to play mario bros (SNES), probably Gamecube games and maybe, just maybe wii games. Yeah, you might say "Hey just use Onboard graphics, low TDP for free." But she is gonna be playing some games too. For example: right now she plays Hello Neighbor at 640x360 and everything low on a laptop (Don't know how she can see in all the blurriness). For now officially she will at least play TF2, Unturned, Hello Neighbor and maybe some 2006 games? Maybe?. Thanks in advance.

gtx 750ti / gt 1030, something along there will do everything you want + much more headroom

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

I was thinking of a 1030 but im on a budget and the GPU is at 17 Dollars.

Don't go for the 1030, get a used 750Ti as it's much faster and better in every way.

A 750 Ti is only about 10% faster than a 1030. A 750 is about 1% faster.

I did not found any GPU that met my budget, they where 60+. I found a $25 GT 710. I found a benchmark http://hwbench.com/vgas/geforce-gt-710-vs-radeon-hd-8570-oem. It seems the GT 710 has 30 watts for TDP vs the HD 8570 having only 50.And it seems that the HD 8570 supports DirectX12 https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/42e40114-dfa6-4eed-a121-20bb72634ddd/does-amd-radeon-hd-8570m-supports-win-10-and-dx12?forum=win10itproapps just like the GT 710 https://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/dx12/supported-gpus?field_gpu_type_value=All&page=2. Lol im very lost. By far these two options are the best from the best since I am seeing lots of AGP cards.

I managed to find a GTX 660 for £40 on Gumtree. I pulled a 775 Mobo with a Q6600 and 4GB of ddr2 from an old PC I had in the loft/attic. Bought a P35 MSI mobo for £30 on ebay to overclock the Q6600. Great little starting PC for my little brother which cost me about £100 in the end.

EDIT: If the other parts had to be paid for. For example: case, psu, ram. It would have cost around £150.

Unless she's gonna be playing BF1 at 1440p, no need to invest hundreds into a PC.

Yes that's why I asked for the HD 8570 because it's dirt cheap and has 50 tdp  or for the gt 710 that has 30 watt tdp and has litle less performance. If I were to get a 750 Ti I would gave her my GPU because like, look at my specs!

But looking at the prices of the HD 8570 on eBay, you could find a 960 for what some of those are listed for!

Soo okay it's decided, I looked the GT 710 vs HD 8570 Benchmarks, I know what you speak of now... I will go for the HD. Good thing this HD dosen't have any power connectors! Yay! :)
