GTA 5 social club login issue

Hi, so my nephew bought GTA 5. however he cant play it. when he is on his steam account and hits play he is confronted with this screen.

This is NOT his social club account so he hits back and gets this.

enters his login details where GTA5 code is already activated and then gets this.

hits continue to sign in and then gets this, enters login details and it just sends him back to screen above.

He had made a ticket with rockstar but i know they can take awhile. he can log into to his account with no issue on the website and it shows GTA 5 is activated. but when he tries to log in via steam to play the game it wont let him log in and always comes up with the account thats not his first with no activated code. any help will be appreciated!

Yes I know, problem is I cant unlink the wrong account that's not his

Yeah that's the point. You can't unlink it it's not possible
