They have FFXV news, apparently. No idea if it's a PC port, even though it has been somewhat strongly suggested since the console release.

I sure hope so... Trying to keep the hopes reasonable though.

Yeah me too. I'd so much rather get this on PC than PS4. Then again if the other FF PC ports are any indication, this one will probably be locked to 30 fps too on PC.

The ports of the more modern Final Fantasy games have all at least allowed 60fps... I think it'd be pretty safe to assume they would at least offer that. But who's to say? I want Durante to work on the port like he did for Trails of Cold Steel.

Might be awhile.  I caved and got a PS4 for it a few months back along with Uncharted 1-4.  I mostly use it now to stream anime, netflix, blu ray player.

Honestly with how gorgeous the game is I'd just kill to see it in 1440p or even 4K

On the PS4 Pro, FFXV is not locked to 30fps, though it doesn't reliably hit 60fps.  However that means that the port could run at varying framerates without breaking the game logic, so you'd likely see at least 60fps on PC.
