Windows on a mac

Hi guys, I recently installed windows on my brother's mac laptop so he could game on it but I was wondering if I could make it so that he can choose his operating system from a login screen rather than startup assistant.

 

If anyone knows how that's possible please let me know.

no you are required to reboot hen you change operating systems, the boot select screen is a close as you a going to get
