Need much more info. Like does it always crash during POST (Asus logo) or when you get into Windows loading? Stuck on POST is probably hardware failure of some sort, maybe SSD or RAM. But could be mobo too.

It doesn't always happen like i said ! i had my gaming setup for almost 2 years im sure it's not hardware failure. and yes it stucks at post (asus logo) like i said it happens sometimes but not always.

Those are my specs sorry for not providing them , and no overclock the xmp doesnt work on my bios. the maximum value i can set is 2800mhz

Second monitor is old AOC branded one which i only use for browsing while gaming and etc.
Controller: is steam controller edition.
Psu: Corsair RMx Series, 650W,
Fan controller at the front is NZXT Sentry 3 5.4-Inch Touch Screen 
5 fans Corsair Air Series AF140 with different colors.
Wifi adapter is ASUS Dual-Band Wireless-AC1900 PCI-E Adapter

Have you tried basic troubleshooting? Like reseting CMOS and changing RAM slots around? If it isn't constant thing, like happens on every boot, it will be hard to pinpoint which part is causing it. Might be some USB device even. Or mobo going bad.

to be honest with you i updated my bios just for the curiosity of it, and after that i had all these problems. i can't even run my xmp now it won't post. i messed up big times and i tried to go back few versions back to the old bios and i don't know which one i was using. i forgot.
