Identical monitors

Hi I need two monitors, one with freesync for my amd card and one without or with gsync for my nvidia cards. They need to look identical but have gsync if possible but one needs free sync and high refresh rate

27" preferably no real budget (under $1000 for both) and ips

If I got 2 freesync monitors would that work? I don't really need gsync

Sure.  You can still use a nvidia card on a monitor with freesync.  You won't get the freesync benefit, but you can still use the video card and monitor just fine.
