At different prices, there are different cases that will do it. The Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX and ATX TG will do it, though with limited airflow. The NZXT H440 and Noctis 450 will also be able to pull this off, however they're both pretty plasticky and the H440 has limited airflow as well. This also depends on radiator thickness though. Thermaltake makes some cases that are near clones of Caselabs designs at lower prices, though the quality isn't quite as good. The Fractal Design Define S also should work, but again, limited airflow. Add in a reservoir though and it all might be a tight fit. There are more for sure, however this is off of the top of my head.

The Phanteks cases are $100-$160 and $170-$180 respectively, the NZXT cases are $100-$160 and $116-$172 respectively and the Define S is $66 without the window and $80 with.

Corsair Graphite 780t should be able to hold 2 360 rads.

Or a ThermalTake Core X71.

i love cramming parts!

Be warned. I own one, it's really nice considering the low price point. It's also a frustrating mess for the lower IO on full ATX boards. It's not impossible to deal with the lower IO but USB 3 plugs on the side of the board would help allot with the cramming.

Might wanna double-check before posting.

The 780T only fits a single 360rad (front).

The Core X71, on the other hand, is a beast of a case with room for more radiators than anyone should ever need.

I need one, cant find one. Caselabs is super expensive so thats out of the question.

Case-Labs is pure aluminum & custom made. It's why there expensive but there so worth it. No cheap metal or plastic.

Some of Phanteks Cases support dual 360's. Also InWin cases & Li Lian are good second choice if Case-Labs are out of your reach.

Current Build: Project Frost
Gaming Rig Build: Project Ice Dragon
