This build is good enough. You should check the cooler if it has AM4 mounting.

Swapped the 1700X down to a 1700

Changed the PSU for a much better quality one

The cooler should come with an AM4 mounting bracket but if it doesn't you'll need to order one seperately.

all of that and you get a CX600? get a better psu, it's not made for a 1080ti AT ALL. look for a corsair TX/RMx, EVGA G2/3, Bitfenix whisper or Seasonic focus gold instead.

Because AM4 is still rather new platform, its not 100% sure if coolers come with correct mounting or not. Only if store has them listed with AM4 in title, they do have brackets included. If not, you need to order bracket from manufacturer.
