New build. Please some advice

Hi to all.

I want to upgrade my old pc. The fx 8350 to a new cpus mobo and rams.

The build i have in mind is little cheap but i hope i will have better performance.

The cpu i will get will be r1500x or r1600.

The mobo will be a msi b350 gaming plus or tomahawk.

But i have problems with the rams. I wanna buy some 2400 hz ram at cl 16 or cl 15. But the problem is that the rams that i wanna buy are not listed in msi compatibiliti list for this mobos...

The cl16 are corsair vengence 8gb amd the cl 15 are hyper x 8gb. 

What to chose and what will happend if i buy rams that are not listed as compatible in the mobos list? 

Also i have a budget like 2700dkk( i live in danmark and prices are kind of high) and 350 euro are like 2700dkk..
