Can you guys make me the cheapest build that will play destiny 2, RSS, Overwatch ect. At 80+ fps on medium high settings. Want to build a gaming pc but also want to get my dad a new computer so figured id combine them and replace the computer in a few years. The cheaper the better. Must include keyboard mouse monitor.

Id like it to play a few newer games that come out within the next few years so if its a little overkill for current games thats fine

CAD and the budget is anything under 2250 i guess. There is so leway either direction.

Well 2250 is ALOT of money, and with those game you should be able to run everything at max even with something that cost around $1650 CAD like this

If you only want medium setting you can even drop to a RX 580 or smt that costed abt half the 1070 (Given that bitcoin miner didnt grab it before you making the price goes up), also Im not sure if the 212 Evo will fit the AM4 socket or not, you might need some more research on that.

Depend on what else you and your father do, going up to Ryzen 7 or i7 or whatever might be a valid choice, but as far as gaming and normal day to day task, not too heavy workload this should be perfectly fine.

How long would this pc last? Like will it be able to play a few newer triple a titles in 2/3 years?

In 1080p, I'd say 2,3 years should be perfectly fine. Ofc we cant exactly know if something that's 5x as powerful as the current 1080Ti can suddenly pop up tomorrow and change gaming as we know it or not, but given the trend of the past few years, even if we account for AMD being more competitive now as far as GPU goes I'd say the 1070 is still too good of a card for any 1080p gaming. I wont really recommend getting a 1080Ti though, although that might live longer than the 1070, it also cost alot more and it make more sense to just save those money for something else.

For monitor:
1080p: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/3gDwrH/aoc-monitor-g2460pqu (around $350CAD) 144Hz, 24 inch 1080p monitor, this would be best if you want a single monitor to use for gaming, for the 2nd monitor I'd say any 1080p 24 inch screen is fine, even 4:3 2nd hand cheapo monitor work well for me too, it's just something extra if you want to view youtube/facebook etc while gaming after all. I personally use a bit higher end AOC monitor (since at that time I was buying it got discount), but I've been using AOC in general for quite a while now and I love all of them so far

For Keyboard: This one I dont really have a preference. Im using a GSkill KM780 ATM since I like the volume slider, arm rest, macro key and I dont care much abt RGB. Other good option I can think of on top of my head would be Corsair K70, K95, it's up to which kind of switch do you want (you can check out more abt it here:

 And here

For mouse: No debate, the Logitech G502 is the best mouse I've ever use, and I know alot of people will agree with me :3 You can get either the normal blue version or the RGB version, though it doesnt really matter all that much. They cost like $10 different from each other
