When you're moving motherboards if you're using anything Windows 7 or below, you will probably need a fresh install of windows (to fix chipset drivers issues). If you have Windows 8/8.1 or 10, you're fine.

People normally don't get used boards because you don't know what they did to it before returning it. If you're getting it from a store ask if you can look at it to check if pins are bent or scratches on circuits.

Another board to look at:

This will run overwatch well (100+ FPS). PUBG is hard to tell because the game isn't really optimized very well (my 1080 runs it at around 120-150 fps on very low)

i'm guessing your cpu is the Intel Core i5-4440, which is an LGA 1150 socket cpu. The mobo i linked is a lga1150 motherboard. Your CPU only supports DDR3 RAM, which this motherboard only supports. The GPU is compatible with PCI-Express 2.0/2.1/3.0. EVERYTHING IS COMPATIBLE.

Also the motherboard I linked is REFURBISHED. So if anything is wrong (within 90 days) you should let Newegg know.

No it doesn't so you will need a wifi adapter if you need wifi. Your upgrade path with this board is probably either i5-4670K, i7-4770K, or the i7-4790K and possibly a better GPU later.

The point of getting a Z97 motherboard is to later overclock a CPU to get the most performance out of it. Your i5-4440 isn't overclockable (doesn't have a K after it's cpu number).
