So I was thinking about throwing my 120M rad into my old build to give it more life. I tested it in Fallout 4 and it was decent for what it was on air cooling. Would overclocking it yield better fps? Also thought about upgrading to a q9450 as well since it has a bigger cache on it. I could also snag 16GB of RAM for it too :)

No need to upgrade, just overclock. If you were going to upgrade you're going to need a whole new system haha, or at least new CPU, RAM, and MOBO.

True. The purpose of it is just to test and to have as an extra light gaming rig if friends come over :)
