Half Ram Hardware reserved

just a month old pc i have a 16 gig ram dual channel kit trident z rgb which was running at 2933mhz cl15 in slot 1 and 3 and suddenly half of my ram seemed to be hardware reserved (image 1) then i made it at default settings clock and timings and put it into slot 2 and 4 i am good now (image 2) but when i put back the ram into 1 and 3 it again goes to 8 gig hardware reserved so is my mobo broken or something else? how can i get it back to good condition for all slots any idea please help, as i would be adding more ram in future if games demand more.

As the ram usage isn't that high  I would say it's nothing to worry about. All I can say is try a different kit of ram and see if you have the same thing. If you have overclocked the ram it's proberbly a bad oc that the ram can't handle.
