Unfortunately, the E350 is BGA. This means it is soldered to the motherboard, therefore, to upgrade it, you would also have to upgrade the motherboard. This isn't really going to be practical or beneficial as it's not worth the money to buy it new. You're better off buying a new laptop if you want increased performance unfortunately. :/

You can't replace it. The CPU is soldered onto the motherboard.

Also it is almost never a good idea to upgrade laptop CPUs because they have very bad cooling.

CPU: AMD 3950x Mobo: MSI B550 RAM: 32GB DDR4 GPU: Asus 3080 Strix PSU: Superflower Leadex 3 720w Case: BeQuiet 500DX

Storage: 2TB SSD + 4TB HDD Audio: SMSL 793ii -> HiFiman HE-400 + Mission MS-50 Speakers

You can't upgrade anything unfortunately, maybe the RAM, but there isn't really a point in doing that if you have a low end CPU.

The GPU and CPU are soldered to the motherboard in all but the highest end laptops, so you can only replace the whole motherboard so you would be limited to what is available. Even if you could replace it, you'd be limited to the motherboard socket which means you'd need a CPU that was from the same series, which probably wouldn't be much of an upgrade since you'd need to stay within the same general thermal range as well. Older CPUs can be hard to find, particularly laptop ones as they aren't commonly for sale. You're better off getting a new laptop for a few hundred dollars.

Replacing the CPU on a laptop is difficult, if possible at all, in most systems. First of all, are you looking for a new system, or just a CPU. Also, what is your budget?
I disagree I have replaced the cpu in a laptop many several times. It was pretty easy. Just time consuming.

Life is pain. Anyone who says any different is either selling something or the government.

----CPU: FX-6300 @ 4.2ghz----COOLER: Hyper 212 EVO----MOBO: MSI 970A-G46----PSU: OCZ 600watt----CASE: Black Corsair C70----GPU: Sapphire 7870 dual fan ghz edtion----2 random HDD'S----A couple fans here and there. Mouse: Gigabyte M6900-------Keyboard: Logitech G105-----Mousepad: Steel series something something.

Laptops are the hardest things to upgrade. I have a dell XPS M1530. There has been a lot of talks on the internet with people wanting better gpu's but as mentioned there soldered in making it almost impossible to replace . I believe that the cpu is replaceable but again the cost would out weight the benefits. I think the best upgrade for an laptop with a HDD would be getting a SSD. That is my plan. Either a Crucial M4 for the dell or by a 840pro to put in my new build and put the OCZ SSD in the dell.

Asus Maximus VI Hero , i5 4670k , 8gb Corsair vengeance ddr3, Asus HD 7970 matrix platinum, Corsair AX860, Ocz agility 3 120gb ssd, 1tb wd green hdd, custom water loop. All in an Antec p280
