Help with first comes first call

Alright.. So there is this apartment I'm really interested in, but I have to 'compete' against 6 others in first comes first through a phone call. Tomorrow I have to call the landlord at 9 am. And the first one to come through gets the apartment. So I was wondering if there was some way I could get an advantage in any way? Of course I can have more phones to call at the same time, but maybe an automatic call software or alike?

So let me get this straight,

 

You're looking at an apartment. You've already been qualified and approved for the apartment. But so have 6 other people?

 

So the landlord has qualified 7 different people that they would be willing to rent to?

 

And they've basically said, "whoever calls us first gets the unit"?

 

In this case, I would simply try calling at like 8:59 AM or something.

id call just like 1min early, it can take a little while for the call to connect and stuff

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Keep looking - unless your city is having a housing shortage, you shouldn't have too much trouble finding another apartment.
