Will this ram work with these components?

Hello!

 

My friend has G4620 and Gigabyte H110M-A motherboard.

I want to give him my old ram which I purchased in 2015 - Kingston DDR3 1333 mhz 16gb

 

I have few questions:

1. Will it work good on 1333 mhz?

2. Can I oc It to better speeds? i.e 1600 or more.

3. Will be there a big difference between 8gb DDR4 (which we should buy then) vs this DDR3 1333 16gb memory?

4. If it won't work, can you please recommend me good inexpensive 8gb ddr4 ram?

No, the board will only take DDR4 (It will not fit).
