Two BSODs and system freeze and shutdown

I've deal with these issues within 10 minutes the bsod stop codes are "faulty hardware corrupted page" and "critical structure corruption" and it just shutdown completely like I pressed the power button but I didn't and idk why it's doing this but before it froze it ways saying it was at 70c on idle with a M9A so what should I do?

 

It smells a little funny near the CPU

It just might be the plastic on the cooler from being really hot

 

Its fine for now right now at 9:20

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500
