Micro Center hates ASrock?

I don't get to go too often because they are 2.5 hours away from me and has caused me to almost mortgage my house once (joke).  I purchased an extended warranty for my original 1700x and x370 Pro by Asus.  Since then I've sidelined those due to stability issues and now use a 1700+AB350 Pro 4 by ASrock and a 1700+AB350 Gaming 3 from Gigabyte for my fiances rig.  So I had these spare laying around, the CPU had a bad sensor and was running at 1.4V stock on auto and the board does not post with any nonryzen 7 chip, cannot adjust voltage and other issues.  So I took it to Micro Center and they instead gave me credit for what I paid.  I figured I don't need a Ryzen 7 1700x and board, but wanted to do a Ryzen 3 vs I3 video for my YouTube channel but didn't have the funds available.  So I used to credit to buy a Ryzen 5 1600, Ryzen 3 1200, I3-7100, G4560, Asus B350M-A & ASrock B250M Pro 4 board.  

 

I recently ordered parts intending to sell the Ryzen 7 system to recover some money, but will use the Ryzen 5 instead (GTX 1060, 250GB SSD, 2TB HDD, Seasonic PSU, etc).  But while I love going there I dealt with a new rep and he was TRASHING ASrock hard.  My usual rep has stated hes not a fan of ASrock, but this guy was not letting up.  He said I'll see you in 6 months and I responded, well my B350 Pro 4 is running a 1700 OC'ed for 6 months now.  He started to back pedal a little bit saying that they just are not as high quality.  I've used ASrock before and yes avoid certain boards and do research and they are a tad budgetish, but Asus has been a nightmare for Ryzen for months with QC issues...  Why the hate???  Do they get paid to hate ASrock???
