I don't think authy supports it (at least, I don't get asked what app I should open otpauth URLs in, it just opens in Google Auth automatically, though neither app shows as having registered any URIs at all, so maybe GAuth is doing something weird).

EDIT: Appears I am mistaken, Google authenticator doesn't seem to support it now either. I'm fairly sure it used to...

Alright then so will you have an option to show the code so the people that enable the TFA from they mobile devices can copy  paste it manually to their TFA app?

The manual activation code should already be shown when you set it up:
