Cannot use the º key

So i wanted to play an old game, TES arena, i've added a few mod fix, one edits the keybidings, so it's easier to handle it.

 

There's one key that lets you see the world map, it's the one that's left to the 1, the fix shows that's "~" and for me it's º, i don't know how to change this on my keyboard because that one doesn't open the world map, it's in spanish btw, i've tried to change it but it seems that i don't understand windows 8.1 lol.

try pressing each key individually until u get a result.
