Also check NCIX for frequent sale of HyperX cloud stinger, it often goes for 49.99 CAD. Had great experience with it

Nice try, but there are a few things I'd change immediately:

  • Don't get the WD Blue. It's a horrible drive.
  • I'd go for a better PSU. If you Google "LTT PSU Tier List", grab something from the first two tiers.
  • The fans are a waste of money, especially if you already have RGB strips going in.
  • Spend more on the peripherals. You interact with them with every action, cheaping out on them is a bad idea.
  • I'd consider getting a better cooler than stock.

What's the build to be used for?

How on earth is that "way more powerful"? That's an awful build.

  • 32GB drives perform much, much worse than 240GB+ drives. It will barely store Windows. It's not even that much cheaper than a 128GB drive.
  • You have a GTX 1070, he has a 1080. Yours is more powerful how?
  • Very few people need a 1700 over a 1600.
  • PRO OEM isn't worth the money.

32GB is not enough for Windows at all

EVGA NEX is as bad as Rosewill Photon

No need for Windows 10 Pro

Ryzen would benefit from 3000Mhz + ram

Build would be for Ametuer gaming Rainbow six siege and any new triple A titles coming out soon. Not gonna buy components until black friday. And as for windows my dad has 7 8 and 10 pro

WD Blue is like middle of the range SSD, it isn't the end of the world yet and it is one of the cheapest SSD out there too

Honestly, it's kind of pointless to piece together a build now if you're not buying until Black Friday (which is smart, I'm doing the same). Parts like RAM, motherboard, even the video card and SSD to an extent don't really matter brand wise; whatever's cheapest will generally work. Just ask when you're actually ready to build.

Though I'd say a 1080 at least, Ryzen 1600, liquid or good air cooler, 240GB+ SSD (or 1TB if you can swing it). If you can swing for the 1TB SSD there's likely little reason to have a 1TB HDD, unless you have a ton of media to store. In which case I'd get a cheap 2TB.

Do you live close to the border? If so, buying from the US can save you quite a bit on some items.

Oh, then definitely get some parts from the US. For example, if you get the 1080Ti from Jet.com you can pick it up for about $800 Canadian.
