Hello!

I'm currently building a computer and I'm aiming for versatility and speed in my build, but I'm also on a tight budget (due to a recent move). Anyway, I have seen most (if not all) of Linus's videos on displays and I'm pretty sure that I want to build my computer to be ABLE to run games/movies/content in 4k smoothly (partly so my build can last long enough that when 4k becomes more standard I'll have less/no upgrading to do). So, I have posts in other sections for the other hardware to achieve said goal, but here I am asking this: What is the most affordable - but reliable and solid - 4k monitor? Like I said, I'm on a budget, but I'm willing to be patient for something if it costs alot but is very high quality, but I just don't want to make the wrong decision.
To recap/clarify, I'm looking for a monitor that is:

- at LEAST 1080p (4k preferred)

- relatively inexpensive (less than 600 US dollars [willing to look at exceptions if they are good enough])

- Good response time (better than or equal to 4ms [which is what I have now])

- around 21 or 27 inches

I have had this monitor for 4 months now and zero regrets. It is amazing!

It's LG drivers and software is next to the best... It literally has on screen control, meaning you can change the monitors settings in Windows. It has LG split-screen which can be useful. It has Free-Sync, it's IPS, and its 4k... All for $340... It's damn near unbeatable at this price point. Oh and did I mention it's 10 bit?
