Radeon HD 3000 Graphics!!!

So im getting my friend a reference R7 250 card, he currently has an Anthlon x2 250 (or 500/550 sorry i dont recollect) point is, hes running Radeon ATI HD 3000 Graphics and i was wondering what the performance boost would be, especially in League of Legends, he has anywhere from 10-20 frames on medium graphics (He REFUSES to go to low, and its sad, the 10 frames) anywho, hopefully a quick, easy, question

 

Edit: Could be an x2 220 as it seems that was the most common with the foxconn 2AA9

it should give him a nice boost for the money.
