For YouTube, the best thing is to record 1080p 60 and upscale to 4k. For YouTube bitrate is the most limiting factor, and then 1080 upscaled to 4k Will look almost as good as 4k uploaded to YouTube. Plus, at 1080 recording, the the extra FPS.
