I have been trying to run Skyrim for the passed 5 hours. But i keep getting the error saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application. I have tried everything i can find on google. I have reinstalled every update of Direct X, .NET Framework, and Microsoft Visual C++. I cannot get it to work and i don't know what else to do i'm hoping someone has an idea.

I opened it but i don't know how to use it.

Do some googling, you probably want to look at custom views --> administrive events, and windows logs --> system events and application events.

sounds like the 64bit dlls are screwed up

ive heard cleaning your registry with ccleaner a couple times can fix it, however, i found the following instructions that may help.

i have not tested this myself so i cannot verify if it works, but its worth a try:

1-Download a program called Dependency Walker.
2-Open TESV from the skyrim folder with that program and it will tell wich .dll files are screwed up (The red ones).
3-Google that .dll files and download them from the website dll-files.com
4-VERY IMPORTANT: Choose the Download zip-file option and download the 32-BIT (DOESNT MATTER IF YOU HAVE 64 BIT) and the newest version.
5-Extract the .dll file.
6-Copy the .dll file to the path C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64.
