Can it Fit (Icy Dock FatCage MB155SP-B in be quiet! Silent Base 600)

I want to buy a case thats silent, simple, dust resistent and fits an Icy Dock FatCage MB155SP-B.

would the be quiet! Silent Base 600 fit? I worried because of the design the 5,25" cage is built.

 

any insight?

It should work but I would reccomend something like a 750d a enthoo pro or a 200r instead

the 750d is a bit big and has a sidewindow (this is not an option for me)

the 200R is not filtered enough (only at the front but not at top holes) and looks a bit rough.

the PHANTEKS Enthoo Pro seems to lack noise dampening but otherwise looks interesting. 

 

What i like about the Silent Base 600 is the door at the front covering the 5,25" bays, so i can hide the drives if needed (more clean look) or have it open for monitoring.

This feature is by no means a must but a great nice to have.

 

could you explain me why you would prefer the other cases?

This is the exact reason why I reccomend against it.The problem with these is that they extend slightly outwards so you won't be able to close the door

ah okay you have a point... a good one

so since the 750D and 200R are not an option, do you know anything about the dampening of the PHANTEKS Enthoo Pro? or have more suggestions fitting me?

That could be an option but would cost me about 50€ more all together.
